Tip: using Facebook API…

A number of wordpress plugin’s that integrate with WordPress have instructions along the lines of:

It’s easy!

1. Go to this link to create your application: Facebook Connect Setup

What they fail to mention is, that you will see an error like:

Sorry, an error has occurred. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

.. UNLESS you give Facebook | Developers permission to access your account first.

Basically, having tried 4 times to create a new application, I finally clicked on a link to my Facebook Application List, where:

  1. I was prompted to authorise Facebook | Developers.
  2. I next saw a nice list of the 4 applications I thought I’d failed to make.

So now I’ll go back to playing with Facebook Connect ;)

The 3 Pod vegetables grow on a plant in a pod:

  • Pea
  • Broadbean
  • Sweetcorn (not strictly a “pod”, but the modern day translation of this may have deviated from the original meaning)

Vegetable Element: Mud

Once you have decided which vegetable star sign you are, the next step is to decide which element type you belong to.

The 4 Mud Vegetables grow under the soil:

Mud signs are generally the most stable, with their heads firmly under the ground. They are keen to settle and put down roots, however can risk getting stuck in their ways and it is not unknown for an mud type to be called “dull” by their friends.

Mud children have a tendency to shun away form the limelight, preferring to hide themselves away from the outside world, they should be encouraged to mix with other types as much as possible to make them more interesting.

Mud types are generally able to get on with all the other signs without too much disruption due to their easy going, adaptable nature, however sparks will really fly if they manage to settle with a Shooter. Their stability will provide the Shooter With the reassurance he needs, whilst the fun side of the Shooter can only help stop the Mud type from becoming tiresome in its sameness. The only combination that should really be avoided is the mud/mud partnership as neither partner has the pizzazz needed to rouse the mud type in the long term, however if both partners can be happy with a lifetime of gloom then it may last… forever and ever and ever…
