Where Does the Name Thirzah Come From?

Thirzah (Thirza, Tirzah, Tirtza, or Thyrza)

If you ask me in person what Thirzah means, I mumble something like: “erm, well, I think its Hebrew in origin, but I think it was a bit more popular with the Victorians than it is now, I think it means pleasant”.

So as you can see, I’m not the expert I should be!

Interesting, and somewhat worrying: “This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses in the nervous system, and tension or accidents to the head.”  !!!
